THL, a Chinese herbal mixture, has been shown to have various anticancer activities. In this study, we further show that THL can suppress tumor growth in mice previously vaccinated with γ-irradiated tumor cells. This function of THL may be related to its ability to enhance the tumorkilling activity of NK cells and CTLs and increase the secretion of IFN-γ, IL-2, and TNF-α in mice vaccinated with γ-irradiated tumor cells.
