  • Research on the Molecular Multi-Targeting and Stem Cell Effect of Tien Hsien Liquid-2

Research Period: March1, 2006 – December 31, 2006

Research Topic Research Topic:

The Research of Tien Hsien Liquid on the inhibition of growth and inducing apoptosis that controls the life-cycle of breast tumor cells.

Research Conclusion Research Conclusion:

Tien Hsien Liquid may stimulate over-methylation breast tumor inhibition genetic cells by the effect of inhibiting the expression of DNA methylation-converting enzyme 1 and phosphorylation of protein kinase B effectively creating hypomethylation of the breast cancer gene thus increasing the efficacy of chemotherapy as well as effectively controlling the life-cycle of breast tumor cells. It may halt the G2 phase to M phase inhibiting the growth of MCF-7 breast tumor cells.
