  • Research on the Molecular Multi-Targeting and Stem Cell Effect of Tien Hsien Liquid-1

Research Period: January 1, 2006 – December 31, 2006

Research Topic Research Topic:

Caspase activation test for the inhibition of tumor cell signal delivery path and inducing apoptosis by Tien Hsien Liquid.

Research Conclusion Research Conclusion:

Tien Hsien Liquid may effectively decompose PML-PARαfusion protein thus inhibiting the NB4 tumor cell signal delivery protein path that causes human Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia. It may also inhibit the growth of the NB4 tumor cell causing human Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia. Tien Hsien Liquid may effectively block the signal delivery protein path for the breast tumor and neuroglial cell (ERK, Akt/mTOR, STAT3,EGFR) thereby creating effective inhibition functions.
