Tien Hsien Liquid Scientific Study — FRC Research Project

Study of the Effects on Non-Specific Immunity in Rodents
According to Western Medicine standards, a more rigorous scientific study is known as a phase II animal study. “Non-specific immunity” means that the various gene values of the animal study models were precisely monitored. By feeding rodents with Tien Hsien Liquid, the immune indices of all rodents had risen.

Research Content

  1. Rodent Carbon Clearance Method: Reflects the phagocytic effects of mononuclear phagocytes.

  2. Graft-versus-host reaction experiment: The host-response values and stimulatory values indirectly reflect the cellular immune status.

  3. Rodent lymphocyte transformation experiment: Common experiment to demonstrate cellular immunity.

  4. Serum Hemolysin Assay: Method to demonstrate immunity of bodily fluids.

Result

  1. Experiment 1 showed that Tien Hsien Liquid significantly raised the K-value ofcarbon clearance, which indicated that Tien Hsien Liquid has functions in enhancing phagolysis of mononuclear phagocytes and thus is significant in improving the body’s non-specific immunity.

  2. In Experiment 2, animals that were fed Tien Hsien Liquid has shown a host-response values and stimulatory values that were significantly higher than the original group, received no treatment, and the control group, fed distilled water. This indicated that Tien Hsien Liquid has significant effect in improving the body’s cellular immunity, which represents important clinical implications in tumor prevention and treatment.

  3. When comparing the splenic lymphocyte transformation rate with Tien Hsien Liquid to that of the control group, significant difference was shown which indicated that Tien Hsien Liquid has stimulatory effects in raising the body’s cellular immunity.

  4. With increased dosage of Tien Hsien Liquid, the HC50 also gradually rose. When comparing with the control group, a significant difference was shown, which proved that Tien Hsien Liquid has significant effects on the formation of serum hemolysin and indicated good immune-strengthening functions on bodily fluids. In tumor research and clinical application, it is significant in terms of mechanism clarification.
